Guidelines for the use of songs

In all cases, use for purposes contrary to the law, use against public order and morals, religious use, political use, or use that demeans third parties is not permitted.

In addition, I may not be able to grant permission or respond to songs released under my name because I do not currently own the rights to them or for other reasons.

Please use at your own risk for all use. I am not responsible for and will not be involved in any way in any damages caused by the use of songs.

If you want to distribute your music as unofficial custom scores for Rhythm Games (Osu!, Geometry Dash, A Dance of Fire and Ice, Beat Saber, etc.)

You may use my songs without permission as long as they can be officially downloaded from my BandCamp or SoundCloud without using an external site.

In this case, the music must be distributed free of charge, but the following types of use are acceptable

- Creating or playing the score in a monetized video or distribution.

- Distributing score data or play data on websites where advertisements are posted.

Rhythm Game developers/operators who wish to use the music as an official music score (official song)

Distribution and use of songs as part of a game program or directory.
